Betsy Hoffman has been performing improv comedy for over ten years. She started out in Short Form in 1999. (Party Quirks is still one of her favorites!!!) Betsy trained at Stella Adler in NYC & Classically trained in London at RADA. While there, she trained with Keith Johnstone, author of IMPRO. She also completed a two year classical voice & speech intensive with Shane Ann Younts. (NYU/TISH)


In January of 2004 Betsy went through all of the classes at UCB. Betsy started taking classes at Magnet in 2005 with Abby Sher. She continues taking classes at Magnet today. Some of her teachers were Armando Diaz, Alex Marino, Bob Acevedo. Gary Rudoren & T.J. Mannix. Betsy has been on many Indie Teams: UglyStick, DayJob, Wizard Sleeve, Bachelorette, The Dream NYC, Thunderhead, Bear in a Hammock & BFF.
